A very popular phrase says, “Knowledge is power”. We're told that the more we know, the better off we will
be. We're continually bombarded with information. Many of us are seeking more information just to 'stay
informed', much of which feels negative and contradictory.
What effect does such negative information puts on ourselves and at what cost are we holding it, is a matter
of big concern. Does data gives us peace of mind that we sacrifice our privacy for it, and even pay for it?
Are we meant to know everything? Do we really need all this information just because it is available to us?
Can we keep up with every piece of news happening every minute around the world? Do we even want to?
Nobody's counting sheep these days. We're all counting data.
Life today feels more overwhelming and chaotic than ever. Whether it's a confounding work problem or a
faltering relationship or an unclear medical diagnosis, we face constant uncertainty.
In an increasingly unpredictable, complex world, it turns out that what matters most isn't IQ, willpower, or
confidence in what we know. It's how we deal with what we don't understand. Managing ambiguity—in our
jobs, our relationships, and daily lives—is quickly becoming an essential skill. Yet most of us don't know
